Cards

Cards hold your content. If text tools label the workspace, cards are what is on it.

A note card and a todo card on the workspace

Open Card in the rail, then drag Note or To-Do onto the canvas — or tap + to drop one into view.

A boxed card with a title and a body. The default place to put anything written.

Click into it and type. Drag its edge to resize; the text reflows. Drag the card to move it.

Notes are what the AI agent reads when it looks at your workspace, and what the agent writes into when it produces something for you.

A card holding checkable items.

Type an item and press Enter for the next one. Tick the box when it is done.

Each item can carry a due date. Set it on the item, and it becomes something the Task View can order by.

The important part: every to-do item you write appears in the Task View alongside items from every other workspace. You do not file them anywhere — writing the item is what puts it in the list. Tick it in either place and both update, because they are the same item.

To keep related cards in sequence, put them in a column — its own family in the rail, right next to Card.

Resizing a note does not shrink the text, it changes how the text wraps. If a note feels cramped, make it wider rather than expecting smaller type.

  • Task View — every to-do you have written, in one list
  • Column — keeping related cards in order
  • Text — labels rather than content
