Getting Started
This page gets you from nothing to a workspace with something on it. Everything else has its own page.
Install
Section titled “Install”Windows — download the installer and run it.
Mac — pick the build that matches your machine:
Not sure which Mac you have? Apple menu → About This Mac. A Chip starting with “Apple” means Apple Silicon; a Processor line saying Intel means Intel. Downloading the other one is not harmful — it simply will not open.
Prefer not to install anything? Vexlynk runs in the browser at vexlynk.app/experience. Most things work there; a few need the desktop app. See Desktop vs Web.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”Vexlynk needs an account. Create one if you have not — it takes a moment and the Free plan needs no card.
Sign in when the app opens, and you land in your workspace.
Place your first card
Section titled “Place your first card”Here is the whole interaction, and it is the same for everything in Vexlynk:
- Open a family in the rail — start with Card
- Drag Note onto the canvas — or tap + to drop it into view
- Type into it
That is it. Notes, to-dos, images, charts, live sources — all of them arrive the same way: drag from the rail, or tap +.
Drag the card to move it. Drag its edge to resize.
What you are looking at
Section titled “What you are looking at”The rail runs down the side and holds everything you can place, grouped into families.
The workspace is the space itself — pan and zoom around it. It is much bigger than your screen; things do not have to fit.
The agent is the AI panel. It can see your workspace and answer questions about it.
New accounts start with a sample workspace you can edit or delete freely. Nothing in it is precious — it exists to show you what a filled workspace looks like.
What is already installed
Section titled “What is already installed”Three sources are present but not yet connected: RSS Web Signal Scraper, YouTube Data, YouTube Analytics. Installed means the package is there; they produce nothing until you connect them.
One Vlynk is running: Institutional Memory.
