Billing

Everything here happens in Settings → Plan. Prices and what each plan includes are on Plans & Limits.

Upgrading

On Free, choose Upgrade to Plus or Pro; on Plus, choose Upgrade. Checkout is handled by Stripe — Vexlynk never sees your card details.

Upgrades take effect immediately. The moment payment completes, your new limits apply — no restart, no waiting.

Managing your subscription

Settings → Plan → Manage or cancel plan opens your secure billing portal. From there you can change your plan, update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel from the billing portal, and:

• You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling today does not switch anything off today — your plan, limits, and connected sources run exactly as before until your billing period ends.
• Then your account moves to Free automatically. No action needed on your side.

What moving to Free actually means

Vexlynk never deletes your work over billing. When your plan ends:

• Every workspace, card, note, and file you made stays yours. Limits gate what you can add, never what you have — see what happens when you reach a limit.
• Free’s limits apply from then on — AI turns, sources, research, and file generation at Free levels.
• Connected sources beyond Free’s limit stop updating (they are not removed — upgrading wakes them again).
• Social accounts disconnect automatically, since social analytics is a paid feature. Your accounts on the platforms themselves are untouched, and reconnecting after an upgrade takes seconds.
• Your boards stay saved. Cancelling never puts your data at risk.
