Social analytics connects one account per platform (your Instagram Business or Creator account, your Facebook Page, your TikTok account). BYOK plans match their base tier’s platforms; generated images are unlimited on BYOK (billed to your key).

One workspace is not one card
Section titled “One workspace is not one card”The Free plan’s single workspace is an infinite canvas. You can fill it with as many cards, sources, templates and tools as you like — the limit is on how many separate workspaces you keep, not on what goes in them.
What happens at a limit
Section titled “What happens at a limit”You are told, and you are offered the upgrade. Nothing is taken away.
- Nothing is ever removed on your behalf. The limit stops the next one; it never prunes what you already have.
- If you are over a limit after a plan change, everything you already had keeps working.
- The prompt names the ceiling you hit, so you know which one it was.
To get back under a limit yourself, remove something: disconnect a source, uninstall a Vlynk, delete a workspace. That frees the slot immediately.
Multi-step goals
Section titled “Multi-step goals”Most requests are one exchange: you ask, the agent answers. Some are not — “research what competitors charge and put it in a spreadsheet” is really three jobs in a row.
On Pro, the agent can work through a request like that step by step: it plans what it will do, shows each step as it happens, and gives you the answer at the end. You can stop it at any point — the step that is running finishes, and nothing further is started.
Each step is one AI turn. A four-step goal uses four turns, and the count is visible while it runs, so you can see what a request is costing rather than finding out afterwards. There is a hard limit of five steps per request: if the agent hits it, you get what it has along with a note that it stopped early, never a partial dressed up as a finished answer.
Anything that would change or remove your work pauses and asks you first. Nothing is deleted on your behalf.
Generated files
Section titled “Generated files”When you ask the agent for a file — a spreadsheet, a markdown file, a Word-compatible document, a proposal — it writes one and saves it to your Downloads folder. Those are counted, and the count is what your plan limits.
The limit is on how many, never on how long. A file generated on Free is the same length as one generated on Pro; Pro simply gets more of them. There is also a daily ceiling of 20 across every plan, which exists to stop a runaway loop, not to shape normal use — 20 files in one day is far beyond what anyone generates by hand.
BYOK plans are unlimited, because the generation is billed to your own key.
Like AI turns, the allowance resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). Unlike workspaces or sources, there is nothing to delete to get back under it — you either upgrade or wait for the reset.
AI turns
Section titled “AI turns”A turn is one call to the AI — usually one exchange, occasionally two, and one per step on a multi-step request. The remaining count appears near the composer when your plan is metered.
Usage resets at the start of each calendar month (UTC). When you run out, hosted AI pauses until the reset — your workspaces, sources and data keep working the whole time. Only the agent waits.

BYOK — bring your own key
Section titled “BYOK — bring your own key”Plus and Pro each have a BYOK variant. You connect your own key from a supported provider — OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), DeepSeek, Perplexity, or xAI (Grok), or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (see BYOK) — Vexlynk routes AI requests through it, and you pay your provider directly for usage on a smaller Vexlynk subscription.
The plan’s other limits are unchanged — BYOK affects how AI is billed, not how many workspaces or sources you get.
Upgrading and downgrading
Section titled “Upgrading and downgrading”Upgrades take effect immediately, and you pay the difference.
Downgrades apply at your next renewal, so you keep what you are paying for until then.
There is no lock-in and no penalty for switching.
When you downgrade below what you are currently using — say you have six workspaces and move to Free — you keep all six. You simply cannot create a seventh until you are under the limit.
