Templates

A template is a starting point: an arrangement of cards, tools and sources already wired together, so you have something real on screen instead of an empty workspace.

Every template is available on every plan. There is no paid tier of templates.

What happens when you apply one

The template is added to the workspace you are already in. It does not create a new workspace, and it does not replace anything you have.

The cards are placed in clear space beside your existing work, and the view moves to them so you can see what arrived. Nothing you had is moved, overwritten or deleted.

Apply as many as you like. Each one lands beside the last.

Where to find them

On a new account the template gallery appears at first launch. Picking one installs it immediately.

Any time after that they are in the rail under Tools → Templates. This route asks you to confirm before installing — a small difference from the first-run gallery, which installs on one click.

Applying the same template twice

You get a second, independent copy. The two do not interfere: every card gets its own identity, so editing one leaves the other alone.

This is useful when a template is a unit of work rather than a one-off setup — a weekly review, a per-client layout, a per-video checklist.

What a template does not do

• It does not create a workspace. On the Free plan, where you have one workspace, templates still work normally — they add to the workspace you have.
• It does not connect sources for you. If a template includes a source card, that source still needs authorising in the usual way. See Connecting Sources.
• It does not overwrite. There is no “replace my board with this template” mode.

Undoing one

A template arrives as a single step, so one undo removes the whole thing rather than making you delete the cards individually.
